What is a health coach?
It is a knowledgeable and compassionate professional who works with individuals to help them achieve their health goals. As your health coach I provide guidance, motivation, and support to my clients as they navigate the often overwhelming world of health and wellness. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieving optimal health. I will partner with each bio- individual to develop a personalized plan to fit the unique needs, preferences, and lifestyles. My goal is to empower my clients to take a proactive approach to their health, provide them tools to make sustainable changes to their diet, exercise habits, and overall lifestyle, and provide ongoing accountability to ensure my clients stay on track. Health coaches are not just interested in physical health, but also explore your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I understand that true wellness requires a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of a person's life. Whether it's losing weight, managing stress, or simply feeling better in their own skin, as a health coach I can help individuals unlock their full potential and live their best life.

As your massage therapist I prioritize compassion, careful listening and create a safe and nurturing space for you.
I understand that every individual is unique and has a unique set of needs, concerns and goals. I will take the time to listen to your concerns, providing support, guidance, and a treatment plan to help you achieve the results.. With my extensive experience using various techniques such as Cranial Sacral Therapy, Myofascial release and cupping, Trigger point therapy, and Active release and other techniques I will work to release tension and pain in your muscles, improving your range of motion, strength and mobility, and help you achieve optimal performance in your daily life. With focus on relaxation, muscle balance, optimal functional performance and physical alignment, I help clients achieve a state of physical and mental well-being. My goal is to create balance in an environment that encourages overall restoration of your health and allowing you to live your life with more energy flow and vitality.


Functional Movement & Muscle Balance
Muscle balance refers to the equilibrium between opposing muscle groups around a joint, ensuring smooth and efficient movement patterns. By addressing muscular imbalances and
tensions, massage therapy not only promotes immediate relief but also establishes a foundation for long-term well-being by restoring equilibrium to muscles that may have become overworked or neglected. I will work with you and create an exercise plan to strengthen the areas that need to be addressed and the goals that you want to reach. Meanwhile, functional movement exercises, rooted in natural patterns of movement, enhance muscular strength, flexibility, and coordination, ensuring that the body is primed for the demands of daily life. These exercises not only build a resilient physique but also contribute to improved posture and reduced risk of injury. I will work along side of you to redevelop movements and functionality.
